brand sponsored loops loops are in beta as of 8/19/25 if you are a brand who would like early access, please reach out to your csm loops allow brands to sponsor placements on retailers' consumer facing touch points (campaigns, ecommerce menus, etc ) the checkmark next to "acknowledged loops co marketing agreement" just indicates that you (or someone on your account) has seen the terms you can turn this feature off at any time, see below how to enable/disable loops entirely navigate to settings > data & privacy > brand sponsored loops toggle "allow brands to sponsor loops" on/off save how to enable/disable certain loops placements navigate to settings > data & privacy > brand sponsored loops under loops placement permissions, toggle certain placements on/off save how to limit loops placement access to certain brands navigate to settings > data & privacy > brand sponsored loops click "edit access" add/remove brands via the toggle save brand partner data sharing aiq shares anonymized retailter data with brands (no customer pii or sensitive information) retailers can manually block certain brands from accessing their data through the "edit access" button customer data controls give customers a place to change their data & privacy settings (this is both opt out and deletes their information and points) you can paste this url on your website for self service and/or use this link to opt a specific persona out navigate to settings > data & privacy in the customer data controls section, copy the link at the bottom open a new tab and paste the link read through the page, click submit enter the customer's phone number and/or email and click opt out this will also delete their information and remove their points customers can also go through the above process themselves if you provide them with the url to change their data preferences
