You can review your current AIQ selections, as well as any add-ons for your account, including support, native apps, and more!
View your current messaging plan:
- Credits per billing cycle
- Messaging plan price
- Credit cost for each message type
- Cost for each message sent over the messaging plan credit allotment
you can subtract your total credit allotment from the total credits spent on the billing history tab to find your remaining credits.
You can also view your remaining credits when creating a campaign, from the Forecast section of the Review & Schedule step.
You can also expand an invoice by using the + button to see a breakdown of charges.
If you ever see discrepancies or have questions about invoices, please reach out to Support for assistance.
Review your credit usage for the current billing period.
You can calculate your total remaining credits by subtracting "sends" from "credits"
- Total of unique messages sent in the billing period
- Total number of credits used by the sent messages in the current billing period
- Breakdown of credits spent for each messaging type
- Carrier fees (if applicable)
