Ecommerce
AIQ Ecommerce is part of the wider AIQ product suite, but is in a separate app. If you are a legacy customer, you can login with your previous credentials. If you are an existing AIQ customer and you want to enable ecommerce, you can do so via the Ecommerce tab on your dashboard, and then can login with your same AIQ credentials.
For a list of our Ecommerce-specific integrations, see AIQ Ecommerce Integrations.

AIQ Ecommerce front end (web app and widgets) are hosted on Vercel. We currently support the following browsers and versions:
- Web App = backend retail management app
- Widgets = Kiosks, Basic and SEO menu's

Our ecommerce menus work with every CMS (Wordpress, Wix, Webflow, etc.). You should decide based on your own expertise - or hire an agency.
Can the ecommerce menu be my website? I don't want to build out a full website when online shopping is the focus.
Yes, you can use the menu as your website. You will still need to purchase a domain and setup a redirect to that domain. So if customers visit domain.com it would redirect them to domain.com/menu, for example.
Yes, assuming we're talking about the same 'ice cream truck' model, you should be able to. Here's how:
- Set up 1 menu for each delivery truck
- Set up your distinct delivery zones on each menu
- In your POS, set up your inventory for a specific 'room' and hook that up to the relevant menu in Ecom (POS-dependant)
- You can use the Store Locator Widget to route the customer to the correct menu - OR - if the customer enters a menu, if they enters in their address, they will be redirected to the correct menu (truck in this case) that delivers to their address
