contact card is in beta apple introduced enhanced message filtering (ios 16+) that may route texts from unknown numbers into a separate âunknown sendersâ or âspamâ tab to help keep your messages in the main inbox, aiq allows you to send your verified contact card (vcard) so customers can easily save your brand as a known contact saving your card improves deliverability and message recognition 1\ how to configure your contact card navigate to settings > texting > contact card fill out your information (some will be defaulted for you from other settings) display name defaulted to brand name (from texting settings), if none then company name (from account settings) else, leave blank required and editable note cannabis language is acceptable here (and not filtered) if you want to use your normal name instead of your safe texting name phone defaults to your 10dlc registered number required and not editable logo/image defaults to your small logo optional and editable website url defaults to website (from account settings) optional and editable notes defaults to âofficial messages from {{brand name}} â optional and editable save once configured, aiq uses this contact identity when sending vcards through both automatic and campaign sends 2\ automatic sends (post opt in) when your contact card is configured in your texting settings, aiq will automatically send your verified contact card (vcard) to any contact who opts in for messaging for the first time, or re opts in after previously unsubscribing, as long as they havenât received a card in the last 90 days default rule automatic sends occur once per contact every 90 days 3\ campaign sends in addition to automatic sends, you can send contact cards manually through a campaign this allows you to reach already opted in personas for example, when youâve updated your contact info or want to re introduce your brand example use cases youâve redesigned your logo or updated your website url you want to re send the card to existing subscribers who never saved your number campaign settings for text campaigns only, you'll see optional settings for sending your contact card with a campaign send 'add to contacts' card sends your verified contact card (vcard) to the selected audience helps recipients save your number and improve inbox placement defaults off only send to new contacts sends only to contacts that have never received your contact card before recommended for first time sends lookback (days) how many days to look back for contacts who havenât received your card helpful if youâve updated your card and want to re send it lookback field only shows if "only send to new contacts" = off default = 90 days
