the demographics tab let's you analyze your customer base by age, gender, and region across all retail partners understand who is buying your products, where they're located, and purchasing patterns aiq can only show data if customers have included demographic information in their profile we do not separately source any demographic information age & gender breakdown the age and gender breakdown serves as the main demographic overview, allowing you to view your customer data through both visual graphs and detailed tables by default, the display shows age distribution, with the option to toggle to gender breakdown using the control in the top right corner table columns age range customer ages are organized into fixed categories 18 24, 25 34, 35 44, 45 54, 55 64, 65+, and na these age brackets cannot be customized gender customers are grouped into fixed categories f, m, and na aov average order value, calculated as revenue divided by orders top location the most frequently shopped location within each segment top product the most commonly purchased product within each segment total customers the total number of customers in each segment, displayed both as a raw count and as a percentage of your overall customer base % loyalty member the percentage of customers within each segment who are loyalty members category breakdown a stacked bar chart below the table displays product category preferences across each age group or gender segment you can drill deeper into the data by clicking on any row in the table, or on bar segments in the category breakdown when viewing age data, clicking on a specific age bracket opens a side panel showing the gender breakdown for that age group when viewing gender data, clicking on a row reveals the age distribution within that gender category brand performance by region the brand performance by region section displays a geographical map with state borders, offering three viewing options revenue (default), categories, and age range map views revenue states are shaded by color intensity, with darker colors indicating higher revenue concentration hovering over a state reveals the specific revenue amount and its percentage of total revenue categories states are colored based on the most popular product category in that state, even when that category represents less than 50% of purchases hovering over a state displays a comprehensive category breakdown with percentages age range states are colored based on the predominant age group in that state, even when that age group represents less than 50% of purchases hovering over a state shows the full age distribution breakdown region breakdown the region breakdown table displays similar columns to the age and gender breakdown, with the following additional fields region administrative subdivisions by country revenue total revenue generated in each region top category the most popular product category in each region, shown with its percentage of overall brand revenue top product the most popular product in each region top location the most popular location in each region top age range the most frequent age range to shop within a region
