the orders tab contains transactional insights pulled from retailers in aiq that sell your products, which will help you better understand overall brand performance by revenue and order numbers compare any time period and drill down by day of the week or individual products report period breakdown the report period breakdown displays order performance over time through a bar chart and key metrics summary this view helps you track revenue trends, order volume, and customer behavior patterns across your selected date range time period toggle you can adjust the chart granularity using the toggle buttons in the top right daily shows individual day by day performance weekly aggregates data by week monthly groups data by month yearly displays annual totals you can also switch the chart's metric view between revenue $ and order # note that these toggles only affect the chart visualization—the summary metrics below remain unchanged below the chart, you'll find key performance indicators for the selected period total revenue the sum of all revenue generated during the report period total orders the total number of orders placed during the report period aov average order value, calculated as total revenue divided by total orders avg cart items shows the average number of products purchased in a single transaction other common names for this metric include average basket size and average cart size avg days til customer returns the average number of days between a customer's purchases top performing the "top performing" section contains two tables performance by type users can toggle between four views, each sortable by brand and category product all products, sortable by brand and category filters categories all categories with filtering options brand complete brand list with filtering capability payment payment methods (online payments, cash, debit, etc ) data defaults to sorting by revenue (highest to lowest) performance by time period users can view data grouped by month groups data by month day groups data by day of the week hour groups data by hour data defaults to chronological order (sunday–saturday for days; january–december for months) top performing products the "products" table includes a number of additional columns that the other performance tables do not include units sold total quantity of units sold during the selected time period units remaining current inventory quantity on hand days of stock estimated number of days until inventory is depleted based on sales in the selected time period inventory cost total wholesale cost of current inventory (what the retailer paid) inventory retail value total retail value of current inventory (what consumers would pay) sku stock keeping unit top performing by type detailed breakdown for the "top performing by type" options, clicking on a row will open a side drawer with a detailed breakdown of the row in question each section will start with remaining units available and days till out of stock where applicable orders overview revenue total sales generated of your brand % of total revenue your share of the retailer's overall revenue total orders number of orders placed of your brand units sold total quantity sold of your brand revenues & orders breakdown this allows users to see a breakdown of the row by 'performance by time period ' category breakdown for the category tab, there are also two additional sub sections included in the detailed breakdown sub category breakdown this table includes a more detailed breakdown of the category based on its sub categories top brands in category this table includes a breakdown of category revenue and order numbers based on your brands
