Members Club
You Members Club tab is performance metrics of your loyalty program.
You can see your total loyalty members, including a breakdown by channel.
Note: This stat is total members at the end of the report date range, including members before the report date range. All users regardless of if they are actively subscribed. Includes pending-optin subscription requests.
You can see stats around different communication touch points, including discounts/deals opened and subscription requests.
The Active Rate represent the percentage of customers actively engaging with your loyalty program - this is broken out by 30/60/90/180/365 days.
You can also compare the AOV of loyalty members vs non-loyalty members, the percent that your loyalty members contribute to your total revenue and number of orders.
The stats above are in the aggregate. Here you can see the breakdown by store.
