Brand Database

note the brand database is only available for the cannabis industry if you have a menu outside of those industries, it will not be used for filling in missing product data aiq ecommerce will fill in brand information (logo, name, description) from our internal brand database on the product details page example aiq ecommerce matches on the brand name that comes from your pos we require exact match and have added aliases for any variations or misspellings missing product images aiq ecommerce will default any missing product images to the brand's category image, and if there isn't one, then will default to the brand logo example if a product is synced from the pos where brand = "ozone", logo exists in the database category = "edible", category image exists in the database aiq ecommerce will default it to the category image if a product is synced from the pos where brand = "ozone", logo exists in the database category = "edible", category image does not exist in the database aiq ecommerce will default it to the brand logo if both logo and category image are missing, no image defaulting will happen not seeing a brand on your menu? we do not have every brand in the database, but are always working on adding more! reach out if any of yours are missing faqs can i change the brand description on the brand page? no, these are entered in by our staff (see above) but if you want any changes made to your in house brands, please let us know
