a sponsored campaign is a pre built campaign proposal created by a brand and shared with retailers while it comes ready with suggested content and settings, retailers have the flexibility to customize it before launching a sponsored campaign only becomes an active campaign once a retailer reviews, edits (if desired), and officially launches it how to launch a co marketing campaign navigate to campaigns > sponsored campaigns and find a sponsored campaign you'd like to use retailers can also find new campaigns in the needs attention section of my co marketing new campaigns will have a 'template proposal' tag click on the sponsored campaign from the table view to open the review page review campaign channels, recipients, content, conversion window and scheduling to edit, click 'edit' next to any of the available sections on the review page adjust what you would like to edit, and click 'request edits' button in the top right of campaign builder from here, the brand can either accept, reject, or send back updated edits edits from the brand will be highlighted in orange to cancel submitted edits, open co marketing campaign and click 'retract edits' button on review step now either launch campaign as proposed by the brand, or once the brand has accepted your edits optionally, if you don't want to launch the campaign as approved, you can 'reject' edits and remove the sponsored campaign from your co marketing campaigns if you haven't made any edits to the campaign, it will launch and set to active automatically if your requested edits have been approved and you're ready to launch, you will have to toggle the 'status' toggle to 'active' how to pause a co marketing campaign to disable an active co marketing campaign, you can simply toggle the campaign to a 'disabled' status campaign statuses status definition proposal a brand has a new sponsored campaign available for your retail location actions actions can launch, edit or reject proposed sponsored campaign in review edits have been sent to the brand for review actions actions no action to take new edits the brand has suggested new edits in back and forth approval flow actions actions launch or reject campaign ready for launch shows in 'needs attention' section on campaign cards brand has approved edits and you may now launch the campaign synonymous with 'approved' actions actions launch or reject campaign approved shows in campaign table brand has approved edits and you may now launch the campaign synonymous with 'ready for launch' actions actions launch or reject campaign denied brand denied requested edits actions actions send with new edits or do not use campaign how sponsored budgets are applied budgets are assigned at the campaign level, so for any locations within the retailer group wanting to use the sponsored campaign, budget will be first come, first served any requested edits to a budget will prompt approval from the brand regardless of the 'require edit approval" example retail city has 3 locations the brand has assigned a $3000 budget to the campaign location a sets up their campaign first, and end up using $1500 from the total budget that means locations b and c will have the opportunity to use the remaining $1500 between their campaigns co marketing campaign performance to see how co marketing campaigns are performing, navigate to campaign reports tab once on that screen find the appropriate campaign in the table and click to open the campaign performance drawer inside this drawer, you will find detailed reporting for more information, see campaign reports docid\ amutasfexbbnw pzegp5f how to connect with a brand on co marketing in platform if you don't see any sponsored campaigns from a brand you'd like to work with, you can prompt brands to use co marketing by sending them an email from the sponsored campaigns page outside of platform alternatively, we hear of many retailers and brands who connect directly using email, phone, or video calls to collaborate and set up co marketing campaigns
