- Give customers who refer friends points for their referrals' first sales
- Enabling this setting will allow customers who referred friends to earn points for the first sale by their referred friends.
- Points accrual rate
- Customers will earn _____ points for every $100 spent
- Example: 100 points for every $100 spent is the equivalent of earning 1 point for every $1 a referral spends.
- Start date
- Referred friend purchases will begin to accrue points for the referring customer starting on this date. If set, no points will be accrued for a referred friends' purchases before the start date.
- Referrals count regardless of Text opt-in
- If disabled, only sales for referred friends who have opted into Text communication will count towards for the referring member to accrue points
- If enable, all referred friend sales will count for the referring member to accrue points
AIQ's robust audience builder and RAF traits make it easy to target personas based on the quality and quantity of their referrals. For example, you can require that referred customers opt-in to messaging or must make a purchase before they qualify as a referred friend.
Referring persona traits will target the contact information of the customer who as referred other customers to your store.
