Campaign Reporting Details
By clicking into a specific campaign, users can see reporting metrics on an individual campaign basis. To access this, go to Marketing > Reporting and scroll to the "Campaigns" section. Then click on the row of a campaign you would like to view more in-depth.
In comparison to the home page, the single campaign view includes two new sections: 1) Engagement Performed Before Converting and 2) Link Tracking Breakout.
This section includes a tabular representation of the engagement type graph included on the home page.
This section includes a table with links clicked on and frequency.
Click on the more (...) menu in the top right corner. You will have the option of downloading the following reports in CSV format:
- Conversions: Includes data in the "Top Converted" section
- Engagements performed: Includes data in the "Engagement Performed Before Converting" section
- Link Tracking: Includes data in the "Link Tracking Breakout" section
Outside of normal individual campaigns, there are three additional types of campaigns that users can set: 1) Waterfall, 2) A/B and 3) Co-marketing. For all of these, accessing these individual campaign reports follows the same steps as accessing any other campaign: users will find a campaign they wish to get more information on and click on the row in the reporting home page.
When entering a waterfall campaign, Conversion Overview, Top Converted, Engagement performed before converting, and Link Tracking will stay the same as in normal campaigns. When viewing the channel performance section, you will see the breakdown and metrics by each channel.
Audience members will only be included in one channel. A user who opted out of email and was sent a text will not be included in the failed sends for email and will only be included in the text channel.
For A/B testing campaigns, all data included in the individual campaign page will be segmented by variant group.
An additional section is included at the end with a table for co-marketing partners. By clicking into a row in this section, you can see how individual campaigns within the co-marketing campaign performed, with the same statistics and analytics included in the general campaign reporting details group but on a more granular level.
