Retail Stores Settings
Your retail store settings are where you set up your individual stores to manage customer interactions and data syncing for each location.
- Once you obtain your proper credentials from your POS, upload them on the appropriate integration card in the Connect Data in your AIQ dashboard.
If you need assistance uploading the API keys into AIQ, contact your Customer Success Manager for Premium Support accounts or [email protected] for Standard Support accounts.
2. Add your new location in AIQ by heading to Settings > Company Account > Retail Stores > Add location and filling out the necessary information and click Add store.
- For the Online shop URL field, make sure you're using the URL for your actually online menu and not the URL for your main website.
ID: The store ID is used to target stores when creating audiences/campaigns/etc. Target personas who have a unique store ID set as their favorite store for easy audience creation, as opposed to using store names.
Name: The Store Name includes the internal store identifying name, the publicly visible name, and the address - Store name is used to identify your store in AIQ - (Store nickname is publicly visible store name shown to customers)

For more complex tasks and setting you'll want to open the retail store setting drawer for the specific store you'd like to modify

- Online Shop URL

- If enabled Online Shop URL will populate content for dynamic content

- Medical URL
Medical URL is only available to customers in specific regulated industries
- Recreational and Medical URL tabs follow location and region restrictions required by the app stores. If required, it is especially important to use these URLs as directed to ensure compliance
- Discover URL
- This section is meant for other types of web pages you would like to link to your customer base, such as a blog, product information, event pages, etc.
- Discover URL (Android)
- Discover tabs do not restrict content based on location and region. Only fully compliant web pages should be linked here.ย
- Street address
- City
- Zip/Postal code
- State/Province
- Country
- Email domain
- Send campaigns from a specific domain if multiple domains are configured through AIQ
- Disclaimer
- Message to be shown when using {{favStoreDisclaimer}} macro in AIQ generated content
- Sign-up via Phone
- Allow customers to sign-up via text message for this store
- Integration Opt-in Queues
- Enables instant opt-in messages for stores connected using the integration
- Disable form selection
- Removes the store from the โFavorite Storeโ dropdown selections in AIQ
