if you use aiq ecom's autoprint feature and are having issues with autoprint, follow our troubleshooting guide please be sure you are using either mc print 2 or 3 firmware update in order for the cloudprint to work please make sure your printer is up to date with the latest software follow steps on https //starmicronics com/help center/knowledge base/how to update a printers firmware using the star quick setup utility/ confirm network connection if you are still experiencing issues with autoprint, make sure the printer is fully connected to the network ensure auto print is enabled on the printer you can find this by navigating to store > settings > printer select the printer you are using and enabled auto print ensure that you are receiving a solid blue and green light solid blue is for power, solid green is for ethernet if either of the lights are flashing in and out, then you may have an issue with the printer's network connection if you are experiencing flashing connectivity lights, you can power the printer off while the printer is off, press and hold the feed button while holding the feed button, turn your printer back on continue to hold the feed button until it starts printing the very last bit that prints out will show your ip address if the ip address at the very bottom of the receipt prints out 0 0 0 0 , then this means your printer is not connected to the network your printer must be connected to the same network that you are using to setup the printer reset printer if you have confirmed your printer is updated with the latest firmware and is connected to the network, but are still having issues, please attempt to reset your printer follow steps on https //starmicronics com/help center/knowledge base/how to reset an mc print series printer/ printer having a delayed print time check the cloudprnt settings one store's cloudprnt had a 120 second delay configured in the settings polling time should be set to 5 second intervals blank receipts loading paper (printer printing blank) check that the printer has paper the paper feeds underneath the roll, not over the top inspect the paper feed port for debris or blocking objects hold the feed button for 3 seconds to confirm the paper feeder is functioning
