Fixing scheduled offers after the July 15th, 2025 release

in our latest update, we made improvements to how scheduling data is handled as part of this release, we migrated your existing scheduled data to align with the new system while most offers transitioned smoothly, you may notice that some previously scheduled offers are no longer behaving as expected if that's the case, follow the steps below to update and re save your offer's scheduling settings this will restore the intended behavior if you are still having issues with scheduled offers please reach out to support for further assistance updating offers go to your ecom dashboard > menu > offers select the offer you want to fix then click next until you get to settings once on settings , navigate to the scheduled feature at the bottom re enter the correct start time and end time save the offer this will apply the changes and resolve the issue for this offer please repeat these steps on any other offers that are affected if you are still experiencing issues after following these steps, please reach out to support or your csm
