Switching POS Integrations

if you are switching from one pos to another, you will need to complete these steps navigate to store settings > integrations click on your existing pos toggle the "enable" toggle to off your existing products are tied to your old pos integration, so these items will need to be deleted navigate to menu > products select the more ( ) menu and click bulk delete refresh the page, if products are still loaded, go through the bulk delete process again until all products are wiped click confirm in the modal 7\ now let's add your new pos navigate back to settings > integrations 8\ click on your new integration and add in your required credentials 9\ save 10\ navigate back to menu > products and manually sync your products the first time from your new pos via the sync? link products will begin to flow in from your new point of sale if any issues come up and you need to quickly revert these changes, you can follow the same steps above to switch back to your old pos if your categories have changed (or you are seeing products in the wrong category) check your pos custom mappings docid\ th cgdbzoynx 4at0etyg
