Delivery Settings

aiq ecommerce currently integrates with onfleet and alleaves to power delivery you can configure your delivery zones, delivery time slots, and fees setting up delivery delivery management integration aiq ecom supports passing delivery details to both onfleet and alleaves delivery platforms this step is optional as you do not need a last mile delivery platform to enable delivery on your ecommerce menu enable delivery navigate to store > settings > orders > order types check the box for 'delivery' save delivery available from another store if your organization does not deliver from a particular store, but you want the customer to be able to check if delivery is available from all other stores in your organization, toggle this on enabling this feature will allow aiq ecommerce to check a customer's address for delivery against all store's delivery zones delivery zones to set up delivery zones navigate to store > settings > delivery click the button 'edit zones' you will now see the map we have 2 options for creating delivery zones upload a geojson file (see delivery zones via geojson docid\ lb9r8bjgzqafa7zkixsxk ) or draw zones on the map (instructions below) draw zones on map select the polygon tool ( + ) in the top corner of the map draw your desired zone, then hit enter save delivery settings editing delivery zones next to each delivery zone, click edit to configure settings for each zone, you can name the zone add fees set a minimum delivery order amount delivery fees customizable set a name, amount, and whether it is taxable multiple fees add as many fees as needed per zone note if you mark a fee as taxable, it will be taxed according to your store’s tax settings taxes are not compounded with other fees note marking a fee as taxable means the fee will be taxed based on your stores tax settings this will not compound with your other taxes delivery minimum per zone, you can set a delivery minimum customers must have an order subtotal that exceeds this amount in order to place a delivery order free delivery threshold you can also configure a free delivery threshold if a customer’s subtotal (after discounts) is greater than the amount you set, delivery becomes free delivery time slot shut off time with this feature, you can do things like stop accepting orders 30m before the start of each delivery window navigate to store > settings > orders > delivery orders select before or after and input the amount of minutes save delivery terms enter optional delivery terms that you want displayed to your customer on the delivery modal delivery time slots navigate to store > settings > delivery click the button 'edit times' you will see all time slots and will be defaulted to the 'delivery' tab here you can customize which zones you would like to deliver to during which time slots make this as simple or complex as you'd like
