Campaign Tags

Use tags to organize and categorize your campaigns for easier analysis and usability. The main functionality of tagging is to allow for customized filtering on Campaigns and Campaign Reports.
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns
- Hover over a campaign. A small tag icon will appear on the right end of the "name" column.
- Click on the tag icon and a dropdown will appear.
- Start typing the name of the tag into the search bar. If a tag with the same name has previously been created, it will appear below. Otherwise, hit enter/return to create the new tag.
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns and hover over a campaign
- Click on the small tag icon to open a dropdown
- Hover over an existing tag and a more menu (...) will appear on the right end of the row
- Click on the (...) menu
- Click on the row that says "delete"
- Click confirm on the pop-up modal to delete the tag.
Deleting a tag will remove it from any and all campaigns the tag was previously applied to. This is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
In order to remove a tag from a single campaign without deleting the tag itself, check out removing tags.
- Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns and hover over a campaign.
- A small "x" will show up next on the right end of tags next to the campaign name.
- Click on the "x" to remove the tag.
If a campaign has many tags, not all tags will show up on the home page. In those scenarios:
- Hover over a campaign and click on the more menu (...)
- Type in the name of the tag you wish to remove.
- Click on the tag to remove it from the campaign.
Campaigns:
- Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns
- Above the main table, click on the button that says "Tags"
Campaign Reports:
- Navigate to Marketing > Reporting
- On the far right of the first row, click on the dropdown that says "Tag."
Users can filter both pages by any number of tags.
- Go to Marketing > Campaigns and hover over a campaign.
- Click on the small tag icon to open a dropdown.
- Hover over an existing tag and a more menu (...) will appear on the right end of the row.
- Click on the (...) menu
- Click on the row that says "rename"
- The row will then be highlighted and you can type the new name for the tag. Click enter to save the name.
