Here you can see individual staff sales metrics pulled directly from your POS.
In the table you'll see:
- Staff Name and ID
- Average Rating: This is an average rating for that staff member from 1-5.
- We will only show data here if a customer responds to a campaign with a number from 1-5. So you could send a campaign in which you say "respond to this to rate your experience from 1-5".
- Average Sale
- Average Quantity Sold
- Total Reviews
- Total Orders
- Total Sales
- Total Items
- Total Signups
