Here you can see individual staff sales metrics pulled directly from your POS. Staff data living in Staff Insights is not connected to the team members added through team member settings.
In the table you'll see:
- Staff Name and ID
- Average Rating: This is an average rating for that staff member from 1-5.
- We will only show data here if a customer responds to a Post-purchase survey or review campaign with a number from 1-5. More information below.
- Average Sale
- Average dollar amount per ticket across all sales made by staff member
- Average Quantity Sold
- Average of quantity of goods sold per ticket across all sales made by staff member
- Total Reviews
- Number of reviews collected through post-purchase survey or review campaigns
- Total Orders
- Total number of orders processed by staff member
- Total Sales
- Total dollar amount of all sales processed by staff member
- Total Items
- Total items sold by staff member
- Total Signups
- Total loyalty signups by staff member
- Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns
- Create a new campaign
Select 'Post-purchase survey or review' campaign type
- To collect response data, your customer must text back a number between 1-5. To achieve this, use your landing page to encourage a reply. Finish building the remainder of the campaign.
- Launch campaign to begin collecting data.
- Note: If left on indefinitely, this could lead to higher unsubscription rates as frequent buyers will receive this message every time they make a purchase.
