Sharing Surveys

There are several ways you can share and distribute your surveys:
- The Share Tab: Provides you with ways to customize how you share the survey.
- Campaigns: The primary way people gather survey responses is via campaigns.
The share tab is how you generate your link to provide to the customers. You can put it on your website or print out physical QR codes to have in store.
- Main Signup URL: Stand alone page
- Campaign URL: Used to be pasted into the campaigns wanted to send to customers
- Main Signup Embed: iFrame code to host on your own website
Once you have created the survey (in the steps above), you are now ready for distribution.
- Make note of the Survey ID number (in the left column of the survey page) you wish to share.
- Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns
- Create a campaign, fill out required info and navigate to the Content page
- On the Landing Page tab, click the Attach Survey button
- In the Survey macros pop up, locate the Survey and click the copy in the Copy macro column to grab the snippet:
- In the email builder, paste the code copied into the section you want your survey button Call to Action on.
- Customers will be directed to the Survey link to click on after receieving the campaign.
Surveys can be tracked via campaigns, but the link can also be shared outside of messages so keep that in mind while reviewing stats and responses.
