The e-commerce integration has features that seamlessly connects your current online shopping experience with these features:
- Sign-up new customers into your loyalty program during their online checkout
- Allows your customers the ability to view available discounts and redeem points
- Locate the WM Store section on the left side of your screen:
- Choose a listing
- Click Edit Store to integrate with an existing WM Store or click Create a new Store to create a new WM Store
- After you are in your store, scroll to the Optimize section of your WM Store configuration page
- Locate Alpine IQ and click the green Enable button
- In the Configure Integration popup, paste in your UID and API Key that you retrieved from AIQ
- Save
- Navigate to Settings -> Company Account > Retail Store
- Click Edit on the store you wish you map
- Under Store Mappings you'll see the AIQ symbol
- Click on the empty field to the right of the symbol and a dropdown will appear to "map" the key
- Click Save settings and you are done mapping the store. Keep in mind this must be repeated for any additional stores that you add to the account.
Weedmaps allows customers to redeem discounts during check out. Dollar ($) or Percentage (%) off discounts will be applied to the entire cart or total purchase; item-level discounts are not available at this time
- Click Redemption Options
- Add in either a percent or dollar value off
- Review and publish the discount
- How long does it take before I start to see my customers data in AIQ?
- Signups should be available immediately.
- How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
- Look under your Personas page in AIQ. The integration is functioning properly if you see new personas being added from weedmaps
- I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
- Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
