How to Connect AIQ with Lightspeed

It only takes a few clicks to connect AIQ to your Lightspeed POS! Repeat the following steps for each location you own using the PAT method.

Integrating LightSpeed with PAT (Personal Access Token)

Your Personal Access Token grants AIQ access to your data. You will first need to generate the PAT, then copy and paste it into AIQ.

Generate the PAT from Lightspeed

  1. Go to your Lightspeed Dashboard, go to Setup -> Personal Tokens.

  2. Click Add personal token

  3. Set the name to AIQ. UNCHECK Allow personal tokens to expire.
  4. Click Generate personal token, then Copy token.

Save your token somewhere safe.

Insert the PAT into AIQ

  1. Navigate to your AIQ Dashboard, click Settings -> Data Integrations in the left pane
  2. Locate the Lightspeed X-Series card and click Connect

  3. Paste the personal token from earlier into the Token field

  4. Copy / paste the store name from your Lightspeed store URL into the DomainPrefix field. Click Add Credential.

  5. Enable All users are age compliant with my industry? in order to sync contacts, and click Update Connection.



You did it!

Your customers, their orders, and inventory will now populate within AIQ after 24 hours.
