with our 2 way meadow integration, you can automatically sync all of your pos inventory directly into aiq ecommerce and push orders directly into meadow get meadow credentials obtain your api key from meadow for assistance on how to create your api key within meadow, follow these instructions https //intercom help/meadow admin/en/articles/8593434 how do i set up the integration with dispense enable the integration in aiq ecommerce navigate to store > integrations click on meadow enable the integration toggle input the required information choose optional settings sync orders sync total click save once you have successfully enabled your meadow integration, your first sync will occur within 10 minutes syncing totals aiq ecommerce offers stores using meadow the ability to sync totals with meadow when the customer hits checkout, we will pull totals from meadow to ensure your customer gets the exact total they will pay in store this is an optional setting that just needs to be enabled syncing orders turn on the sync orders toggle if you'd like aiq ecommerce to automatically push new orders into meadow when they are confirmed syncing order status when sync orders is enabled, we will attempt to sync over the order status from meadow every 10 minutes when an order is marked as new or packed, aiq ecommerce will release our held inventory since meadow handles this step when an order is marked as fulfilled, we will close the order in aiq ecommerce when an order is cancelled in meadow, we will cancel the order in aiq ecommerce meadow aiq ecommerce new release held inventory packed release held inventory fulfilled closed cancelled cancelled syncing products/inventory turning on this integration will trigger aiq ecommerce to automatically sync with meadow every 10 minutes you can also manually trigger a sync by going to menu > products and clicking sync? inventory mapping in order for aiq ecommerce to pull your products over to the correct category, you must first set up custom pos mapping to set this up, go to your pos settings dispense uses the primarycategory from your product to map over you will input your locations primarycategory in the various category fields once completed, ensure to save our mapping will occur the next time your menu syncs what gets synced? aiq ecommerce's integration with meadow will sync the following fields when enabled if you would like to disable syncing on any one of these items, head over to pos settings to toggle off name category sub category (aiq ecommerce supports only one subcategory if more then one is assigned to a product in meadow, aiq ecommerce will show the first value) brand featured flag price sale price quantity flower equivalence image description strain type strain labs sync total when total sync is enabled, the final total—including discounts and taxes—will be sourced from your meadow pos environment this feature removes aiq offers and discounts at cart and checkout, so ensure all offers are created in both meadow and aiq ecom
