About the AIQ <> IndicaOnline Integration

This is a beta integration with IndicaOnline. If you run into any issues, please reachout to AIQ and IndicaOnline support teams.

How to Connect AIQ to IndicaOnline

  1. Obtain your UID and API Key from AIQ from API & Tracking
  2. In IndicaOnline navigate to Apps > AlpineIQ (Beta) - see their docs here.
  3. Use your AIQ credentials you obtained in step 1 and paste these values in AIQ Integration API Key and AIQ UID.
    • At this point, data from your IndicaOnline account will start transferring to AIQ, which could take variable amounts of time depending on the amount of data that is being sent.

How to Map a Store

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Company Account > Retail Store
  2. Click Edit on the store you wish you map
  3. Under Store Mappings you'll see the store names
  4. Click on the empty field to the right of the symbol and a dropdown will appear to "map" the key
  5. Click Save settings and you are done mapping the store. Keep in mind this must be repeated for any additional stores that you add to the account.

AIQ <> IndicaOnline: User Guide

At this time, Indica Online supports sending transactional data to AIQ. Loyalty signups and discount redemption are not supported in Indica Online at this time.

FAQ's

  • How long does it take before I start to see my POS data in AIQ?
    • Within 24 hours, you should see data populating in AIQ
  • How often does IndicaOnline sync my transactional data?
    • IndicaOnline will perform an automatic data sync sync every 24 hours, ensuring that all the new or modified data is properly reflected in your AIQ account.
  • How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
    • When you click on personas, you should see transaction data being sent.
  • I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
    • Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
  • Are there any additional settings I can enable?
  • I need more help setting this up!
    • See Indica Online's setup document which contains detailed steps on how to enable this integration in the POS.
  • I need more assistance, who should I reach out too?
    • This integration is an inbound integration which means this integration is controlled by Indica Online.
