How to Connect AIQ to Greenbits

  1. Send your AIQ Onboarding Specialist the Greenbits login credentials that have View Customer, Update Customer, and Enable Backoffice permissions enabled. We will need the following:
    1. Username
    2. Password
    3. Associated Email
    4. Locations where the access should apply should be checked (the checkbox list at the bottom of the Create or Edit User page in the back office)
    5. Indicate if your location will have medical patients or not
  2. After AIQ recieves this information, we will generate the token and enable your Greenbits the connection. We will notify you of this connection.

How to Map a Store

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Company Account > Retail Store
  2. Click Edit on the store you wish you map
  3. Under Store Mappings you'll see the Greenbits symbol
  4. Click on the empty field to the right of the symbol and a dropdown will appear to "map" the key
  5. Click Save settings and you are done mapping the store. Keep in mind this must be repeated for any additional stores that you add to the account.

Redeeming Discounts

All discounts will need to be mirrored from AIQ and then also in Greenbits.

FAQ's

  • Can you delete personas that flow into Greenbits from AIQ?
    • You cannot delete personas in AIQ or in Greenbits directly. In either case the customer has to use the opt-out/delete feature in their respective apps, so be careful with using this 2-way sync.
  • How long does it take before I start to see my POS data in AIQ?
    • Within 24 hours, you should see data populating in AIQ
  • How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
    • Look under your Personas page in AIQ. The integration is functioning properly if you see "Greenbits" under the Sourced from column
  • I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
    • Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
  • Are there any additional settings I can enable?
