Flowhub (Legacy & Maui)
AIQ has a read-only integration with legacy Flowhub. The integration with Flowhub Maui allows the pulling of data and the creation of new signups via our forms.
1.Request your keys using the following link here
Flowhub will then send you an API Key and a ClientID, have these ready to paste into AIQ shortly 2. Log in to your AIQ dashboard and click the Connect Data button from the left-side navigation menu
3. Scroll down to the Flowhub integration card and click the white Connect button
4. With the integration card open, click the check box next to Required All users from this source have passed an age-gate compliant with my industry:
5. Paste in your API Key in the Key field and your ClientID from the email in Step 1, and then make sure you click the green Add Credentials button after or it won't actually save the key. Lastly, ensure that the Maui switch is on.
6. After adding your credentials, click the big green Connect button:
7. You have connected your Flowhub account! Within 24 hours we will start pulling sales data and if we identify personas they will show "flowhub" in the sourced from column however, you need to now map your stores! 8. Navigate to the top left and click Settings > Manage store(s) 9. Click the white Customize button next to the location you want to map:
10. Under Map stores is a Flowhub symbol. Click the empty field next to that symbol, select the key/location that populates, and click Save settings:
If nothing appears when you click in the field, the key may have been entered incorrectly and you should contact your Onboarding Specialist to assist you. Keep in mind you will need to do this every time you add a location
All discounts/rewards you want to offer in the wallet to customers must be created in AIQ first and then mirrored in Flowhub. Please refer to the chart below to see how to handle customer interactions in store:
Flowhub released an amazing new upgrade to their platform called MAUI. If you make the switch to Maui, follow the steps below to avoid any data syncing issues.
1.Request your new Flowhub Maui API key and ClientID from your Flowhub representative.
2. In AIQ, head to Settings > Data Integrations > Data Sources and click Edit on the Flowhub integration card.
3. Copy the current Flowhub API key and ClientID that exists on the integration card, paste it in the Key and ClientID fields respectively and click the Freeze box. Click Add Credentials and Connect.
4. Open the Flowhub integration card again and delete the old key/clientID. This will be the key/clientID just above the one you just entered. Do not delete the key containing "freeze:true".
Click Update Connection.
5. Open up the Flowhub integration card one last time and enter your new Maui Key & ClientID, click Add Credentials, and click Connect.
You're all set.
All discounts/rewards you want to offer in the wallet to customers must be created in Flowhub Maui first and then mirrored within AIQ. In order to redeem discounts from AIQ natively in Flowhub Maui you must provide your Flowhub CSM with your AIQ API key located within Settings -> API & Tracking.
- Create a discount in Flowhub
- In Flowhubs discount settings, scroll to the bottom and check the "3rd party integrations" checkbox. This allows Flowhub to know that you can only redeem the discount via AIQ's "Available Rewards" button within the pending cart.
- Once you create your Flowhub discount, you will need to copy and paste the discount ID into a matching AIQ discount to link them.
- Save your AIQ discount
Once you have your discounts setup the way you want, a staff member has to simply redeem the customers selected rewards. At the top of the Flowhub cart you will notice a points value + the AIQ logo which instantly gives the staff member a visual reference that this customer is a member and has points. To redeem rewards proceed with the following steps:
- When creating a cart, simply select "Available Rewards" button in the right hand column of Flowhub Maui
- A modal window will appear containing all user rewards available to them
- Click Redeem next to the rewards you want to apply
- Checkout the customer as normal
