With AIQ's CustomerIO integration, you can sync your contacts to (Destination) and from CustomerIO (Source).

How to Connect

  1. In CustomerIO, navigate to Data & Integrations

2. Under Credentials, you will see Site ID and API Key.

3. Navigate to AIQ > Settings > Integrations > CustomerIO (if you want to both pull and push data you'll need to fill in both the CustomerIO Data Source AND Data Destination integrations). Copy-paste this Site ID (into the Site ID field) and the API Key (into the Tracking API Key field) into AIQ. Now you need to get the App API Key.

4. Back in CustomerIO, click the Manage API Credentials button > App API Keys. Click Create App API Key

5. Click Create App API Key at the bottom:

6. Copy the App API Key.

7. Navigate back to AIQ and paste the App API Key into it's respective field.

8. If you want to both pull and push data, repeat these steps for both the CustomerIO Data Source AND Data Destination integrations.

Additional Features

  • You can sync audiences to CustomerIO using the Destination integration
  • You can name the specific fields to be sent using the Attributes field in the integration panel.
