COVA
With our COVA integration, you can automatically sync all of your COVA inventory directly into AIQ Ecommerce.
Send an email to the COVA Integration team at [email protected] to obtain your credentials. Include the following information:
- Your Company Name
- That you intend to use these credentials for an integration with Dispense.
You will need to get the Company ID, Location ID, Username, Password, Client ID and Client Secret
- Navigate to Store > Integrations
- Click on COVA
- Enable the integration toggle
- Enter in the required fields.
- Click Save
Once you have successfully enabled your COVA integration, your first sync will occur within 10 minutes.
Turn on the Sync Orders toggle if you'd like AIQ Ecommerce to automatically push new orders into COVA when they are confirmed.
Turning on this integration will trigger AIQ Ecommerce to automatically sync with COVA every 10 minutes.
You can also manually trigger a sync by going to Menu > Products and clicking Sync?
When products are synced from COVA, AIQ Ecommerce will pull over all of the fields that your location has setup to sync and Dispense will map each product to a certain category. To customize which fields sync and how products are mapped, see POS Settings.
Since COVA allows for full customization of, AIQ Ecomm requires these to be setup in the following way. When creating the specification, set it up as a number. This will allow you to provide a name and a unit of measurement. The name must match any of the following currently supported labs
