Dutchie
Review our Integration Grid for supported features.
Our Dutchie integration has multiple features including:
- Signing up new loyalty members directly inside of the Dutchie checkout screen
- Re-targeting customers with abandoned cart messages
- Let customers view and redeem their AIQ discounts directly in Dutchie checkout
Read on below how to connect this integration and how it can function with your setup.
- In Dutchie, click Settings > Integrations
- Locate the AIQ integration card and open it up
- Under the Settings tab within this card you will see a field that says "Auth Token:", paste the AIQ API here
- Save
- Navigate to Settings -> Company Account > Retail Store
- Click Edit on the store you wish you map
- Under Store Mappings you'll see the Dutchie symbol
- Click on the empty field to the right of the symbol and a dropdown will appear to "map" the key
- Click Save settings and you are done mapping the store. Keep in mind this must be repeated for any additional stores that you add to the account.
- In Dutchie, enable "Send Abandoned Cart Data"
- Only set a date here if you want to force all Dutchie signups to be auto-enrolled in loyalty and start earning points if they haven't already, it is not required to use this setting
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations, search for Dutchie and click the green Connect button
You can now create Abandoned Cart campaigns to target your customers. In order to have a campaign set up for Abandoned carts:
- Schedule your campaign to be Ongoing
- Under Advanced Settings, flip the Trigger when Dutchie cart is abandoned to Yes
Dutchie sends abandoned card notifications to AIQ after 2 hours of inactivity. AIQ will send the campaign to the specific customers when they are received from Dutchie. Messages will only be sent to current members of the dispensary’s loyalty program, meaning they must have previously signed up for us to know they exist.
Dutchie allows customers to redeem discounts during check out. Dollar ($) or Percentage (%) off discounts will be applied to the entire cart or total purchase; item-level discounts are not available at this time
- Click Redemption Options
- Add in either a percent or dollar value off
- Review and publish the discount
- Help! I need assistance setting up an abandoned cart campaign!
- If you need help setting a campaign up, we have a sample Template available for installation under the Co-Marketing > Abandoned Cart that will set up the campaign for you and just need to edit the content!
- Why are the dynamic content links going to Dutchie's site and not my own?
- This is due to how we match up store pages and links. By default, we will use the match found on Dutchie's marketplace. If you want to go back to your own website you will need to toggle Use Online Shop URL in Dynamic Content in your Retail Store settings. Note: This setting does not currently work with Dutchie Plus so make sure to check you are not using that framework. Please ensure your online shop can support unique product URLs before enabling.
- I have followed this guide and still need assistance setting up AIQ in Dutchie
- How long does it take before I start to see my POS data in AIQ?
- Signups should be available immediately.
- How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
- Look under your Personas page in AIQ. The integration is functioning properly if you see new personas being added from Dutchie
- I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
- Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
- Are there any additional settings I can enable?
- Is there a walkthrough of the integration?
