campaign type if you are using abandoned cart it will trigger this campaign to send to targeted recipients when we receive a signal from your e commerce platform that they left an online cart dormant without completing the sale please note that abandonment signals vary across e commerce provider solutions audiences targeted lists any audiences this campaign is being sent to you can also limit the audience based on their favorite store setting conversion tracking aiq automatically tracks engagement and conversions by channel a conversion is counted when the customer makes a purchase within your attribution window (default is 14 days, but configurable), and the customer has at least one of the selected engagements for that campaign (for example, opens/clicks, depending on channel) choose which engagements count click the engagements link to open a pop up where you can select which engagement types to include in conversion tracking adjust the attribution window per campaign update the number of days on that campaign to change its attribution window default for all campaigns to permanently change the default attribution window, go to docid\ gm4c2cqxhyhtwwwrycd1i schedule blast the campaign sends to all recipients at the defined start time once a blast campaign has started sending, users will be unable to further edit or make changes to the campaign schedule ongoing the campaign starts sending to recipients as soon as they are added after the defined start time start & end the campaign sends to recipients at the defined start time and anyone until the end time intelligent timing (personalized send time) when enabled, aiq will only send a campaign to each customer if it’s within 2 hours of the time of day they typically shop if your campaign also has a send window (set in scheduling on the review step), aiq respects both rules the customer must be within their personalized 2 hour window, and the send must fall inside the campaign’s scheduled time window if a customer’s usual shopping time is more than 2 hours outside your campaign’s send window, they won’t receive the message when intelligent timing is on examples example 1 customer typically shops at 8 00 pm campaign send window ends at 6 00 pm → aiq will send around 6 00 pm (the latest time still within 2 hours of 8 00 pm and inside the campaign window) example 2 customer typically shops at 8 00 pm campaign send window ends at 5 00 pm → the customer will not receive the campaign (8 00 pm is more than 2 hours outside the allowed send window) to enable intelligent timing navigate to marketing > campaigns > select a campaign or create a new one navigate to the review tab > scroll to schedule click on the toggle loyalty gift x points to every recipient of this campaign credit forecast based on the current state of your audience members, selected settings, and channels, we estimate this campaign will be sent to x recipients here, you can also select which location the campaign should be billed to shows the expected credit cost and includes a credit alert for when you are getting close to your credit limit so that you can confidently send messages within your budget for split campaigns forecaster will take into account all possible sends since a user can receive message from multiple channels e g if it's an email + text split campaign, they will be included in both email + text so send & cost for both will be added for waterfall campaigns forecaster will follow the waterfall channel priority flow, users are included only in the first eligible channel e g if it's an email + text waterfall campaign, a user will be included in either the text or email forecast so will count as 1 send & include cost of one channel 5\ save & send save as draft this will save your campaigns as a draft to continue working on later this will not set the campaign as live launch campaign this will validate the campaign and sets it live it will start sending at its scheduled time once a campaign has launched, you will see a new screen confirming that the campaign was created successfully to control who has final approval of campaign sends, see role permissions docid 2dbwqgbbhamoe2idcjvze campaign builder faqs when waterfall campaigns is selected, how does aiq decide which channel to send a message through? when selecting waterfall, you will be able to select which channels (minimum of 2) you will send messages through and the order of priority that aiq will try for example, if you selected text as the primary channel and email as the secondary, aiq will send texts to everyone in the audience with a phone number aiq will then proceed to send emails to those who did not receive a text if i set a campaign start date to a date that's already passed, will that have an impact on how the campaign is sent? yes, it can cause the campaign to not send you should always set your start date to today's date or later if i set up an ongoing campaign but don’t make it recurring, will shoppers get the message more than once? no an ongoing campaign without recurrence will only send the message one time per shopper who qualifies for the audience what happens if a shopper falls out of the audience and then later qualifies again, will they receive the campaign multiple times? they will not receive the message again aiq tracks who has already received the campaign and prevents duplicate sends unless recurrence is enabled do campaign attribution windows impact credit usage? no, attribution windows do not affect how credits are used for a campaign campaign credits in aiq are determined by the sending channel (e g , email, text) and the number of recipients the length or existence of an attribution window does not influence these credit calculations
