Campaign Channels

Campaign channels are the various options available to you for delivering your message to customers. There are currently 6 main ways to do so:

  1. SMS/MMS Text Campaigns
  2. Email Campaigns
  3. Voice Drops
  4. Native Push Campaigns
  5. Browser Push Campaigns
  6. Direct Mail

To select campaign channels

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns and create a new campaign
  2. On the first step ("Channels"), locate the section that says "Campaign Channel."
  3. Select the channels you wish to use in the campaign.

Editing content for campaign channels

Many campaign channels share resources when creating content per channel.
