Sharing Signup Forms

Signup Form sharing can be accessed via:

  1. Navigate to Customers > Signup Forms
  2. Create your Signup Forms or click on an existing one.
  3. Open the More (...) menu in the header > click Share Form

How to embed a signup form on your website (iFrame)

This is for forms that live within a page on your site - or have their own dedicated page that you link to.

  1. Open the Share Form slideout
  2. Copy the Signup Form Embed code snippet
    • Note: You can grab a store-specific link by using the store dropdown
    • This is the <iframe/> code
  3. Paste the code snippet in the desired location on your site.
    • For example, with Webflow, you'll need to add an embed component to paste the code snippet into.
    • Note: We default the height of the iFrame to 800px. Depending on the length of your form, you may need to adjust this number.
  4. Publish your site.

How to put a popup signup form on your website or ecommerce menu

This is for forms that you want to 'popup' on your site (on certain URLs) and do not have a dedicated page.

How to put a popup form on your main website

  1. In signup forms, open the Share Form slideout
  2. Copy the Tracking Pixel Code snippet.
    • Note: You can grab a store-specific link by using the store dropdown
  3. Paste this into the header of your website
    • The exact location depends on the platform you're using (Wordpress, Webflow, etc.). See Pixel Tracking for more info.
  4. Publish your site.

How to put a popup form on your AIQ Ecommerce Menu

IF your AIQ ecommerce menu is part of your website and you have access to editing that site, you can follow the steps above "How to put a popup form on your main website" and use URL targeting to include/exclude where you'd like it to show on your menu URLs.

An alternative route is to use AIQ Ecommerce's Head Code field, which allows you to add the pixel directly on your ecommerce menu without needing to modify your main site, instructions here:

  1. In signup forms, open the Share Form slideout
  2. Copy the Tracking Pixel Code snippet.
    • Note: You can grab a store-specific link by using the store dropdown
  3. Open AIQ Ecommerce and navigate to > Store > Settings > Branding
  4. Scroll to the Head Code field and paste the tracking pixel code snippet
  5. Save.

How to put a popup form on your Dutchie Ecommerce Menu

IF your Dutchie ecommerce menu is part of your website and you have access to editing that site, you can follow the steps above "How to put a popup form on your main website" and use URL targeting to include/exclude where you'd like it to show on your menu URLs.

An alternative route is to use Dutchie's Google Tag Manager (GTM) integration, which allows you to add tracking pixels directly on your ecommerce menu without modifying your main site, instructions here:

  1. Follow Dutchie's support doc for how to setup GTM.
  2. In signup forms, open the Share Form slideout
  3. Copy the Tracking Pixel Code snippet.
    • Note: You can grab a store-specific link by using the store dropdown
  4. Add Your Tracking Pixel via GTM:
    • In Google Tag Manager, create a new tag corresponding to your tracking pixel.
    • Set up appropriate triggers to determine when the tag should fire.
    • Publish the changes in GTM to make the tracking pixel active.

How to put a popup form on your iHeartJane Ecommerce Menu

IF your Jane ecommerce menu is part of your website and you have access to editing that site, you can follow the steps above "How to put a popup form on your main website" and use URL targeting to include/exclude where you'd like it to show on your menu URLs.

How to share signup form links

  1. Open the Share Form slideout
  2. Copy the Signup Form URL.
    • Note: You can grab a store-specific link by using the store dropdown
  3. Paste this into a tablet in-store or send the link to customers.
    • Note: If on a tablet, this auto-refreshes after each signup.
  4. Publish your site.

How to share signup form QR codes

  1. Open the Share Form slideout
  2. Download your QR Code
  3. Print this out to be placed on physical items to be scanned in-store
