Receipt Lookup
Receipt Lookup allows you to search specific receipt IDs to find more detailed information about a persona and the sale related to receipt. This tool is primarily used for troubleshooting issues.
Persona1 was merged into Persona2's account incorrectly and now sales are being attached to Persona2.
Lookup a receipt ID from Persona1 to see if the profile the receipt is showing under matches the information for Persona1 (Name, phone, email). If it does not match, then Persona1's profile has been merged into Persona2, and you will need to identify which POS profile listed in the Profile Merges tab belongs to Persona1 and update the information on the account.
If a persona is missing purchase history data, you can use the receipt lookup to see if that transaction is being listed under a different persona.

Overrides occur when a persona's information is edited via the AIQ Dash, or by the customer via their AIQ wallet. To validate an override has happened, look up the receipt ID and see what customer information is available for the specific sale. If it does not match the persona, an override may have occurred. Please contact our support team using the live chat widget on the bottom right of your AIQ dash.
When looking up a receipt ID, there are two possible ways to retrieve the receipt ID:
- Copy the receipt ID from the POS
- Note: If you are a Greenline POS user, please copy receipt ID from the Personas drawer (see #2 below)
- If the receipt ID from the POS doesn't return any results, navigate to Customers > Personas > Persona Details > History tab > Points subtab.

- Copy the Receipt ID.
- Navigate to Customers > Receipt Lookup
- Paste the Receipt ID in and click search. Clicking into the table row will open the JSON code for the applicable sale.

- Phone number (if available)
- Email address (if available)
- First Name, Last Name
- Points
- Loyalty Member Status
- Loyalty sign up date
- Opt-in time
- JSON code
Yes. When entering multiple receipt IDs, separate each with a comma.
