The Prize Wheel is currently only available for Enterprise Native App Plans.

Enable Prize Wheel

  1. Navigate to Settings > App Settings > Features > Prize Wheel
  2. Toggle ON the Prize Wheel.
  3. Save
  4. To actually get this into your app, email our App Implementation Specialist Cody Hacker at [email protected] to submit an update for your app to remove or add the Prize Wheel.

Prize Wheel Settings

  • Wheel Colors: Select 2 different colors to use for the slices of the wheel.
  • Notch Color: Change the color of the arrow/notch that points you to what prize you land on.
  • Display frequency: Edit the frequency of which the prize wheel appears for your customers. The frequency would start on the date that you enter here.
    • e.g. If set to every 2 weeks starting June 30th, 2023, then customers will see the prize wheel appear July 14th, 2023, July 28th, 2023, and so on.

Create Prize Wheel Discounts

There must be between 3 and 9 discounts for the prize wheel to work.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Marketing > Discounts
  2. Create or edit a discount
  3. Under the Redemption Options tab, toggle to ON Add this discount to the prize wheel?
