- Show Orders Tab
- Allows user to add a tab for orders inside the app
- Show Order History Feed
- Allows user to add a tab to show customer's order history feed within app
- Show shop tab
- Allows user to add a tab to show shop within app. Requires ecommerce menu link to work.
- Shop Tab URL
- This is where you input your ecommerce or online shopping URL so customers can make purchases directly inside the app. This link must contain http:// or https:// to function properly.
- Force Shop Tab on Android app
- Not recommended for restricted industries. This may cause your app to be permanently deleted based on industry regulations. Please ensure you are aware of all potential issues before enabling.
- Force Redirect
- Instead of an iFrame on the Shop tab, if this setting is enabled it will redirect customers to land on the Shop URL provided above in their phone's native browser
- Show Updates tab
- Allows user to show Updates tab in app's bottom navigation
- Show email notifications in Updates tab
- Customers will see a notification to check their email. This does not currently show the actual email content
- Hide Messages Before field
- Allows messages sent before a given date to be hidden in Updates Tab
Settings have moved from Features > Shop/Discover tab.
- Show Discover Tab
- New setting to allow for Discover tab to be added to app's bottom navigation
- Discover Tab URL (Apple only)
- Must be populated to show shop tab on app
- Discover Tab URL (Android only)
- Must be populated to show shop tab on app
- Force Discover tab on Android App
- Allows for Discover tab to be added to app's bottom navigation

- Fields Required to Sign Up
- Fields required for a user to sign up for the app
- Force sign up after login
- Customers will see a sign up screen after login if there is missing required info
- Browser notification opt-in (Web Wallet only)
- If enabled, this will ask customers if they would like to receive browser notifications
- Prompt to add to home screen (Web Wallet only)
- Customers using the web wallet will see an 'Add to Home Screen' prompt on applicable devices
- Allow Scan to Pay
- Customers can add their banking details to their digital wallet, allowing them to conveniently utilize Scan to Pay functionality
- Allow customers to select their favorite location
- Customers can set their favorite location in their profile.
- New setting: Allow customers to switch location in the header dropdown
- Customers can view another location to get directions, call them, or view location-specific menus. This does not change their favorite location.
- Show map directions button
- Customers will see the option to get directions to their favorite location
- Show favorite location address
- Note: Delivery-only operations tend to disable this option
- Show location call button
- Customers will see the option to call their favorite location
- New setting: Show “Share this App” in menu
- Customers can access Refer-a-Friend info and leave a review. Default: Enabled.
- Show Refer-a-Friend link on the Share screen
Product Feed settings require Loyalty Pro & Marketing Pro.
- Product Feed
- A connection to a Jane or Dutchie ecommerce source is required to automatically populate the product feed in the app. Alternatively, you can manually create an assortment of specific products by clicking the Custom Product Feed button
- Show product feed on Home tab
- Show product feed on Shop tab
- Number of Products Shown in Product Feed
- Show points
- Show all discounts
- Enable native discounts
- Use the new native discount UI instead of the existing iFrame
- Show “redeem” buttons on the discount card
- Allows customers to click “Redeem” and view the redemption screen
The Profile tab is where your customers can update their contact information. If your POS allows 2-way syncing, if the customer updates their contact information in their app profile, it will also update in the POS. See our Integration Grid to see if this is available for your POS.
- Show birthday form field on the profile
- Allows customers to add their birthday to their profile in app
- Show address form field on the profile
- Allows customers to add their address to their profile in app
- Add FAQ (fka Add Question)
- Clicking Add FAQ will open the 'Create FAQ' drawer. Users can add the question and answer in this drawer.
- Edit or Delete an FAQ
- To edit a FAQ click on the question in the 'FAQs' table. The 'Edit FAQ' drawer will open. Users can edit the question and/or answer in this drawer. Users can also delete a FAQ from this drawer using the ellipsis button in the top right corner.
- FAQ Order toggles
- Reorder FAQs using the '-' or '+' toggles to adjust the order that FAQs will appear in app
