App Features Settings
The Home tab is where customers can see their points balance, see and redeem available discounts, see your store's contact information, and contact the store if necessary.
The Messages tab is a rolling billboard or history of push notifications sent to your customer.
On the Shop tab, AIQ will iFrame in your ecommerce platform to allow your customers to seamlessly place orders online.
This is where you input your ecommerce / online shopping URL so customers can make purchases directly inside the app. This link must contain http:// or https:// to function properly.
The Social tab lists all your available review and social media pages. You can set these up in your AIQ dashboard by heading to Settings > Reviews.
The Profile tab is where your customers can update their contact information. If your point-of-sale allows 2-way syncing, the customer's contact information will also be updated in the point-of-sale. To see if your system is setup for 2-way syncing, see our Point of Sale guides page.
The Help tab allows your customers to submit customer support tickets.
App Skins - AIQ gives you different app templates to choose from. Hover over any option for an enlarged view.
If your industry requires age verification for compliance, insurance, or any other purpose - you can request that Age Verification is required when customers create an account.
From the Required Signup Fields, under the Show/Hide Features of your App Settings, you can require the customers pass age verification by checking the box next to the terms. These terms will be generic by default, but can customized from the Login section under the Verbiage tab. Under this section, you can include region or state required terms and verbiage. You can also update the verbiage to include specific messaging relating to your use case.
Customers must acknowledge the required Age Verification terms and can only proceed after checking the box to confirm they have read and agree to the terms.
