the newest my products settings are in beta see docid 33teuhpzbnfxhwxe73v7d the main purpose of the my products page is to upload your products and define any aliases if the data shows different naming conventions this is used in brand analytics to give you accurate and clean data for each product add products manually navigate to settings > company account > my products click (+) to add a new product fill out your product info and click save bulk add products via file upload navigate to settings > company account > my products click (+) in the drawer you'll find a link to download the csv template note product name, brand name, category, and sku are required click bulk upload product aliases select a file and click open invalid products if you bulk add products via a file upload, sometimes products may have invalid data or improper formatting this triggers our invalid products flow where you can review and fill out missing information in two ways review invalid products in the user interface you can review the invalid products directly in the user interface we recommend this method if you have time to do so after uploading a file containing product errors, we will show you the invalid products drawer in the table, click on any product with the "needs review" status review the product's information and make any required edits (these will be marked as required with the red asterisk and should be highlighted in red) then click save repeat this process for all the invalid products, then click save to add all your reviewed products download the invalid products csv for those who'd prefer to review a csv or if you don't have the time right away, downloading the csv is a great option that allows you to come back to later in the invalid products drawer, you'll see a link to download the "invalid products csv" the csv compiles all invalid products and leaves any errored or invalid cells blank make your edits and then re upload the file product alias mapping product alias mapping allows you to simplify and cleanse your data if retailers are using different naming conventions there's two ways you can map aliases our product mapping flow or map them manually product alias mapping flow our product alias mapping flow reduces the manual effort and time it takes to map duplicate names to a single product alias navigate to settings > company account > my products click on the unmapped retailer products tab here you will see a list of all unmapped products from your connected retailers select related products and click add to alias at the top near the search bar select which product alias you'd like to funnel your selections into, then click save note product aliases are created in the product aliases tab you will see your changes reflected in brand analytics within a few minutes the unmapped retailer products list syncs every 48 hours manually map product aliases you can also manually map product aliases this is helpful for one off instances while reviewing your brand analytics in brand analytics, copy the name of the product you'd like to map to an existing alias navigate to my products settings click on the alias you'd like to map to paste the copied name into the alternate names field, then click save unmap product aliases in the event you need to undo a mapping, you can do so by following these steps navigate to settings > company account > my products in the product aliases tab, click on the alias you are trying to unmap in the alternate names field, you can remove any of the alt names here to unmap them from this alias note any alt names you unmap could take 24 48 hours to re appear in the unmapped retailer products tab however your changes should reflect in brand analytics within a few minutes add products via integrations aiq is integrated with docid\ k5runyrpcny3kretffobk which can automate the product upload process see respective help docs for more info
