note only owner, operator, manager, staff (if customized to do so) can adjust points to manually adjust points navigate to customers > personas find the specific persona and click into their details navigate to the points tab in the section "adjust points", input a number (or use the +/ buttons) and an adjustment note which will be shown in the points timeline click submit change before you adjust a customer’s points, do the math do the points and spending add up? many times when there are abrupt changes to a customer’s points balance, it is due to merged profiles recalculating points earned and redeemed even though the points may have changed unexpectedly, the math should check out
