Manually Adjust Points

Note: Only Owner, Operator, Manager, Staff (if customized to do so) can adjust points.
- Navigate to Customers > Personas
- Find the specific persona and click into their details.
- Navigate to the Points tab
- In the section "Adjust points", input a number (or use the +/- buttons) and an adjustment note which will be shown in the points timeline.
- Click Submit Change
Before you adjust a customer’s points, do the math: Do the points and spending add up?
Many times when there are abrupt changes to a customer’s points balance, it is due to merged profiles recalculating points earned and redeemed. Even though the points may have changed unexpectedly, the math should check out.
