Live chat with a real support agent is available to all customers.  Please let us know if you have any product questions or run into any challenges. 

From your AIQ account, select the chat icon near the bottom/right of the screen.

The chat tool may take a few seconds to initially load, so please be patient. Ad and Script blocker browsing extensions may block the tool. Check these first, if you are having trouble loading the tool.

Tickets

If an issue cannot be resolved during the live chat session and needs to be investigated further, the chatting support agent will create a ticket.

  • Ticket responses are sent as emails to the email address of the account that is signed into AIQ and chatting with the agent. 
  • Tickets are used to follow up on complex challenges or issues that need engineering resources to troubleshoot. 
  • We typically follow up within 24 hours of the initial outreach.
