Publish your menu to WM through AIQ Ecommerce while also enabling orders integration in one easy step. With menu integration, AIQ Ecommerce will update your WM menu in real time. With orders integration, orders placed in WM will flow into AIQ Ecommerce allowing you to use AIQ Ecommerce for all of your ordering needs.
- Go to your Admin Dashboard
- Select the Menu link
- Click on the POS Integration button
- Choose Dispense from the POS dropdown
- Save
- Copy your WM ID number located at the top of the Menu tab
- Store > Integrations > WM
- Enable the integration, input your WM ID number, select save
- Select the three dots next to save and select 'Sync All Products'
- Products will begin to sync to WM. This process can take up to 10 minutes.

Once you set up the menu integration using the steps above, products will begin to flow to WM. This process may take up to 10 minutes to sync over all data. After the initial sync, when you make changes to your products within AIQ Ecommerce, you should see these updates be reflected in WM immediately.
Use AIQ Ecommerce for all of your order management. Through our orders integration with WM, when orders are placed on your WM menu, the orders will automatically flow from WM into AIQ Ecommerce. These orders will be tagged as WM. From AIQ Ecommerce, they will also flow directly into your integrated point of sale!
Within your AIQ Ecommerce menu dashboard, you can filter out by source. This will show you all orders that were received through WM. Once the order is ready to be picked up, ensure to flag it as 'Ready for Pickup' in AIQ Ecommerce. This will trigger WM notify the customer.
On new orders from WM, you can click on the WM tab on the order slide out window to view any information that was passed from the WM order to AIQ Ecommerce. Information passed here includes order type, address if delivery, time slot, customer notes.
