THSuite
AIQ has a read-only integration with THSuite meaning that as customers make purchases in THSuite, AIQ can pull (read) those customers and their transactions into our platform and transformed into usable data. AIQ will pull customers, sales, and inventory from THSuite. See below for how to connect our two platforms
1.Log into your THSuite dashboard and head to Store > Integrations and click on the AIQ integration card
2. Copy the INTEGRATION TOKEN and log in to your AIQ dashboard for the next step
3. In your AIQ dashboard and click the Connect Data button from the left-side navigation menu
4. Scroll down to the THSuite integration card and click the white Connect button
5. Paste your THSuite API key in the correlated fields below
6. Click the check box next to Required all users from this source have passed an age-gate compliant with my industry
7. Complete the integration by clicking the big green Connect button:
8. You have connected TechPOS and AIQ will start pulling data. Contacts sourced from TechPOS will show as "thsuite" in the Sourced from column of your personas page
The initial "data pull" can take up to 12 hours. Contact your Onboarding Specialist if you don't see personas after this time period has passed
9. AIQ needs to map the THSuite API key to the store location you set up in the AIQ to attribute sales data to that location and assign a Favorite store to customers. To set this up, open your AIQ dashboard, click Settings in the top-left corner, and click Manage store(s)
10. Click the white Customize button next to the location
11. Under Map stores is a THSuite symbol. Click the empty field next to that symbol, select the key/location that populates, and click Save settings
If nothing appears when you click in the field, the key may have been entered incorrectly and you should contact your Onboarding Specialist to assist you. Keep in mind you will need to do this every time you add a location
