Setup

You can tag all new signups from your AIQ Ecommerce menu with a Custom Group List. To enable, go to your integration panel and add a value to this field. This field is editable and optional.

Finish setting up your Ecommerce Loyalty program.

Loyalty rewards from Springbig and Offers created in AIQ Ecommerce will stack. If stores do not want loyalty redemptions to stack, use the offer-level settings “do not stack this offer” and we will apply the best discount.
