AIQ Loyalty Integration
5min
AIQ Ecommerce has several pieces of functionality that natively embed into your shopping experience to allow for loyalty and abandoned cart messaging functionality:
- Loyalty at checkout: Customers can sign up to become an AIQ loyalty member at checkout, as well as view and redeem rewards without leaving the Ecommerce experience.
- Abandon Cart Retrieval: When your customers abandon their cart, you can set up a trigger to send the customer abandoned cart notification message. See Cart API.
- Native Loyalty App shopping: Your shop menu is available natively within the 'Shop' tab of the AIQ native app.
To turn on the AIQ integration click on the Store tab in the sidebar and go to Integrations:
- Login to your AIQ Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > API & Tracking
- Copy both your API Key and UID
- Go to Store > Integrations > AIQ
- Enable the integration
- Input the required information
- Save
Finish setting up your Ecommerce Loyalty program.
The discounts that you setup in the AIQ Discount Builder will be shown at AIQ Ecommerce checkout. Here's what we sync and enforce:
- Timing: We will just pull what's available in the API, if outside of the window set, it will not be shown.
- Points required to redeem: We will enforce points required per discount. If the user does not have enough points, they will not be able to redeem the discount.
- Discount Name: the "Short Description" from the discount builder
- IF "Short Description" is blank, we fall back to the "What are you discounting" field
- Spend Requirement: aka Minimum price (subtotal after discounts) before the reward can be applied.
- If the spend requirement is not met, AIQ Ecommerce will show a message
- Prevent discount stacking: We enforce stacking rules as set in the discount builder.
- If prevent discount stacking = No (meaning you allow stacking), you can redeem more than 1 reward (but only if your store-level settings set in AIQ Ecom are set to 'Allow Stacking' as well)
- If prevent discount stacking = Yes (meaning you prohibit stacking), you can only redeem 1 reward
- However, if your store-level settings set in AIQ Ecommerce are set to 'No Stacking', you can only redeem 1 offer OR 1 reward no matter what this setting is.
