Revel
AIQ's integration with Revel supports the following features outlined in this grid.
You'll need to obtain the following from Revel before starting the integrtation process. if you've already set up Revel POS, you may already have tyour API key and secret. If in doubt, reach out to Revel to confirm these credentials.
- API key: Unique ID that API developers use to control access to the API. This allows for data exchange between software modules
- Secret: The Password associated with the Unique ID which allows for secure exchange of data by way of API key autorization
Enter the following Revel account information into the AIQ integration card and "Add Credential" to allow for the connection between AIQ and Revel
Reminder: When adding new Revel account information or making updates to the integration, be sure to "Update connection" at the very bottom of the card to save your updates.
- Domain Prefix: "Subdomain" of Revel account
- Key: API Key provided by Revel
- Secret: Secret for secure connection provided by Revel
Within 24 hours, you should see data from Revel syncing into AIQ. You should see "revel" under the "Sourced from" column from the Personas page in AIQ for profiles synced from Revel.
Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the assigned store to enable the "favorite store" information and use the synced data to target store based traits.
