Campaign Review

6min

The review step allows you to double check your campaign setup and also schedule when the actual campaign will launch.

Campaign Channels

  • Each channel will be sent as a separate campaign
  • Campaign type: If you are using Abandoned cart it will trigger this campaign to send to targeted recipients when we receive a signal from your e-commerce platform that they left an online cart dormant without completing the sale. Please note that abandonment signals vary across e-commerce provider solutions.

Audiences targeted

Lists any audiences this campaign is being sent to. You can also limit the audience based on their favorite store setting.

Conversion Tracking

AIQ will automatically track engagements by channel. Conversions will be counted as long as they make a purchase within 14 days of receiving your campaign and they engage in at least one of the following ways: Text received, Opened text, Customer response via text. You can customize the engagements by clicking on "Engagements", which will open a popup where you can select which engagements to include.

You can also adjust the attribution window for each specific campaign by changing the days. If you wish to permanently change the default attribution window, go to Settings.

Schedule

  • Blast: The campaign sends to all recipients at the defined start time.
  • Ongoing: The campaign starts sending to recipients as soon as they are added after the defined start time.
  • Start & End: The campaign sends to recipients at the defined start time and anyone until the end time.

Intelligent timing

When enabled, AIQ will only send to a targeted recipient if it's within 2 hours of the time of day they frequently shop.

  • Note: If a campaign is set to run in a specific time window (set from 'Scheduling' on review step in campaign builder), both intelligent timing and the provided time-window will be respected. This means, if your customer is shopping more than 2 hours outside the campaign time-window, they will not receive the campaign.
    • Example 1: customer usually shops at 8pm, campaign cutoff time is 6pm for sending marketing messages, that shopper should get the message around 6pm.
    • Example 2: customer shops at 8pm, campaign cutoff is 5pm for sending marketing messages, shopper will never receive message with intelligent timing turned on because they shop more than 2 hours outside the messaging window.

To access Intelligent Timing:

  1. Navigating to Review > Schedule
  2. Click on the toggle

Loyalty

Gift X points to every recipient of this campaign.

Credit Forecast

  • Based on the current state of your audience members, selected settings, and channels, we estimate this campaign will be sent to X recipients. Here, you can also select which location the campaign should be billed to.
  • Shows the expected credit cost, credits used, and credit limit to confidently send messages within your budget
  • For split campaigns
    • Forecaster will take into account all possible sends since a user can receive message from multiple channels
    • e.g. If it's an email + text split campaign, they will be included in both email + text. So send & cost for both will be added.
  • For waterfall campaigns
    • Forecaster will follow the waterfall channel priority flow, users are included only in the first eligible channel
    • e.g. If it's an email + text waterfall campaign, a user will be included in either the text OR email forecast. So will count as 1 send & include cost of one channel.
