6min

What are pin codes?

Do you want to decrease the amount of carrier filtration? AIQ has Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add another layer of protection to your SMS/MMS messages. This is a one-time security check a customer will go through when they first open one of your SMS/MMS messages.

Customer Journey with 2FA

1st Visit:

  1. Receive text with link. Click link.
  2. Opens page to send a verification PIN
  3. Enters PIN
  4. Navigates to your landing page

Subsequent Visits:

  1. Receive text with link. Click link.
  2. Navigates directly to your landing page

Customers will need to re-enter a verification pin if they end up using a different browser or device.
