Switching POS Integrations

If you are switching from one POS to another, you will need to complete these steps:

  1. Navigate to Store Settings > Integrations
  2. Click on your existing POS
  3. Toggle the "Enable" toggle to OFF
  4. Your existing products are tied to your old POS integration, so these items will need to be deleted: Navigate to Menu > Products
  5. Select the More (...) menu and click Bulk Delete:

6. Now let's add your new POS. Navigate back to Settings > Integrations

7. Click on your new integration and add in your required credentials.

7. Save.

8. Navigate back to Menu > Products and manually sync your products the first time from your new point of sale via the Sync? link.

Products will begin to flow in from your new point of sale.

If any issues come up and you need to quickly revert these changes, you can follow the same steps above to switch back to your old POS.

If your categories have changed (or you are seeing products in the wrong category) check your POS Custom Mappings.
