Purchase Limits
Purchase limits (aka allotments) in regulated industries are used to determine and enforce the maximum amount of each product category or combination of categories a customer can purchase.
AIQ Ecommerce hardcodes these limits on the backend per state for certain industries both in-state and out-of-state customers, and both Med and Rec customers - or combination of both, if applicable.
If Flower Equivalence isn't passed to us from the POS, products must have a weight entered in order for them to be counted towards the purchase limits.
To have AIQ ecom handle the "Flower Equivalent in Grams", you need to ensure that this selection is unchecked in Settings > POS
This is on by default, there is no setting required.
AIQ Ecommerce only limits this per-purchase, some states have daily limits, monthly limits, or other custom limits (e.g. 90 days). You should ensure your store location is in compliance with these rules.
