How to Set Up your Cloud Printer


  1. Download the the Star iOS or Android app
  2. Follow Star's instructions or follow the instructions below.

Setting up your printer for CloudPrnt

  1. Navigate to Store > Printer
  2. Click the plus button to add your printer
  3. Enter a name. Tip: Name it after the room it's in, e.g. "Vault"
  4. Hit Save
  5. You'll now see a Printer URL

Configuring CloudPrnt on your printer

  1. In the app, navigate to Printer Settings:

2. Go to Star CloudPRNT settings:

3. Paste the URL that you copied from the AIQ Ecommerce app.

4. Tap Apply to save your changes.
