[March 2025] This feature is in BETA and is open to all customers on Dutchie POS and Flourish POS.
Tired of manually entering offer data across multiple systems? We're starting to simplify that process by syncing available discounts and offers from your POS's API directly into AIQ Ecom.
- In Store > Integrations, click on your POS
- Toggle "Sync Offers" to ON (this is disabled by default)
- Your Offers created in your POS will start to sync over to AIQ Ecom
🟠 OF NOTE 🟠
- Offers synced from your POS will be disabled by default and you must manually enable them in AIQ Ecom.
- This is to ensure there are no major issues during our BETA testing period. Post Beta testing, we can sync the status flag from your POS.
- Offers synced from your POS are not editable in AIQ Ecom, with the exception of the status flag so you can turn them ON/OFF in AIQ Ecom.
- You can still create/edit net-new (not synced from POS) Offers in AIQ Ecom and set their status
- There is a new filter "POS Synced" to filter which offers were synced from your POS vs created in AIQ Ecom
