- New - 'Medical License / ID Expiration' is now a stand-alone field on the sign-up form
- Settings > Design > Signup Forms
- 'Medical License / ID Expiration' used to only appear as an option when you selected 'Medical License / ID Number' as a field on your Signup Forms. We made it a stand-alone option. This is particularly helpful if you have the Alpine IQ x NuggMD set up which gives you the ability to trigger messages reminding customers that their medical ID's are going to expire.

- New - Ability to have 'internal names' for discounts
- Dashboard > Marketing > Discounts
- 'Internal Names' are discount names that aren't visible to your customers. This is an optional internal tool you can use to help organize discounts. If left blank, the 'internal name' will populate with what you have input for 'What are you discounting?'.

- New - New {totalPointsEarned} and {totalPointsRedeemed} personalization macros
- Audiences
- We created two new personalization macros that will automatically pull the total points earned or total points redeemed to use in your marketing campaigns.
- New - Ability to download discount redemptions to CSV
- Discounts
- We know how much you love pivot tables and getting in the #weeds with data so we added the ability to download a discount redemptions CSV to manipulate to your heart's content. To the right of any discount, click the 'outline' icon under 'Action' and a modal (pronounced 'moe-dahl') will appear. Enter the date range and email recipient(s) you want to send the report to, click 'OK' and a report will be generated. The column headers included in the report will be timestamp, points, discount, POS, receipt, store, and store_id.

- New - Set custom permissions for 'Manager' roles
- Settings > Company Account > Team Members
- You now have the ability to enable/disable the ability to edit points for users with Store Manager access.

- Update - Longer lasting success message pop-ups on loyalty sign-up & wallet log-in forms
- Sign-up forms / Wallet Log-In forms
- It's a blessing and a privilege to be part of your loyalty program so we want to make sure customers are 100% aware of it. Now, when a customer completes a sign-up form or wallet log-in form, we increased the time the 'Success!' or confirmation pop-up stays open letting your customers know to expect a text or email login link.

- New - one-time 10DLC pin-code for SMS messages
- Settings > Account Toggles
- Carriers are annoying and are unable to get with the times so we created a new pin-code verification system for customers that are opted into SMS marketing. If this toggle is enabled, customers will go through a one-time pin-code verification process and won't have to submit a code again unless they switch devices and/or browsers.
This feature can only be enabled by an Alpine IQ team member. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a ticket via the big green HELP button in the dashboard to turn this feature on.
