In this article, you'll learn how to enable notifications/alerts for, new orders, customer chats, and/or cancelled orders. The available notifications are:

  • New Order notifications: Email, Browser, Sound
  • Cancelled Order notifications: Email
  • Customer Chat notifications: Email, Browser, Sound

Enabling notifications must be done for all individual logins.

Enable Notifications

  1. Click on your profile in the header
  2. Clicky My Account > Notifications
  3. Select all notifications you would like to receive.
