In this article, you'll learn how to enable notifications/alerts for, new orders, customer chats, and/or cancelled orders. The available notifications are:
- New Order notifications: Email, Browser, Sound
- Cancelled Order notifications: Email
- Customer Chat notifications: Email, Browser, Sound
Enabling notifications must be done for all individual logins.
- Click on your profile in the header
- Clicky My Account > Notifications
- Select all notifications you would like to receive.
